SecureSolz ("we," "us," or "our") operates AuditSolz. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.
Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and company information.
Assessment data: We collect your answers to assessment questions, uploaded evidence files, and notes you provide. This data is used solely to generate your compliance reports and AI analysis.
Usage data: We collect information about how you use the Service — pages visited, features used, and session duration — to improve the platform.
Payment information: Payment card details are processed by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
AuditSolz uses AI (OpenAI GPT) to analyze your assessment answers and generate gap analysis reports. Your assessment data is sent to OpenAI's API for processing. OpenAI does not train their models on API data submitted through the API. Your compliance data is not used to train AI models.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the Service:

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, row-level security in our database, and access controls. Each organization's data is fully isolated from other tenants.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days to allow export, then permanently deleted.

We use essential cookies only — required for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
